As a Business Intelligence Architect, I appreciate Hadoop as a powerful tool in my arsenal. Hadoop is the right tool for massively-parallel processing of Big Data. But Hadoop is not an easy sell to people who don’t already have an analytics workload for which they can’t find enough hardware.
